Orders & Delivery

Delivery is charged at cost depending on location. We have standard delivery charges, and the cost will be advised at time of order.

Items are delivered by Wood Made Good staff or courier (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm)

Wood Made Good will endeavour to despatch your order within the delivery time we offer but due to a number of circumstances this may vary from time to time. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Please note, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

We require a full delivery address with postcode to help with successful delivery. A signature is required on receipt so we advise that the item be delivered to an address where someone will be in. If there is no one available to sign for it then our couriers will leave a card with details of how to arrange re-delivery.

Deliveries to a hotel, business or hospital address will be to a central delivery point or main reception area, and not necessarily to the named recipient. Please note we cannot be held responsible once the item has been delivered.

It is important that you consider how a piece of large furniture can fit into your home. We cannot be held responsible if the piece you order cannot fit into the room of your choice.

Payment of Items

Wood Made Good provides a secure payment system. Credit card payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch & Solo. We also accept cash payments and cheques.

A deposit of 25% is required for all orders before we can begin the manufacturing process. The balance is due on delivery date of furniture.

Price

Wood Made Good aims to offer customers an efficient furniture delivery service based on high quality products and value for money. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, we reserve the right to withdraw the item at that price. We will inform the customer of the correct price and give them the choice whether to proceed with the order.

All transactions on this website are conducted in British Pound Sterling (£). Prices for Goods include VAT.

All goods remain the property of Wood Made Good until paid for in full.

Customer Service

We want our customers to be happy with their items of furniture. If any items are faulty or damaged then please contact us by phone on 0141 554 2000 or by email within 3 days.

We would be delighted to hear from with any feedback on our products and services, whether it be good or bad. We are also happy to hear suggestions, so feel free to get in touch.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) in order to process your order efficiently and to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we collect about you includes :

your name
your address
your phone number
your email address

We never ask for more information than is necessary and we never store your credit or debit card details. We never disclose your information to any third party unless you have given us your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold by emailing us and if you find any inaccuracies we will correct or delete it on your instructions.

Force Majeure

Wood Made Good will endeavor to meet the requested dispatch date, however, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to deliver resulting from any cause beyond our reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of god, acts or omissions of the purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transport, embargoes, wars or riots.

Online Presence

No guarantee is given by Wood Made Good that their website will be constantly online or free of defects and errors at any time.
